Following this initial interaction, we set up your free on-site assessment at your home or business. We also discuss our design fee, if one applies to your project, so you won't be surprised by any services or charges.

During your free, on-site assessment, our dedicated team member walks you through your own landscaping ideas, your property's unique needs, and your budget. We collect pertinent information and take photos that allow us to create an informed and thoughtful project proposal.

After our on-site assessment, we begin crafting your design. Our landscape experts collaborate on every aspect of the plan to make it perfect for you. Once our initial plan is complete, we build a mockup and estimate to share with you. We are committed to revising these to get it just right while also listening carefully to you to avoid unnecessary revisions. Once you have approved the design mockup and proposal estimate, we’ll accept your initial payment and move on to the building phase.

When it's time to begin building, we secure the necessary materials and get you on our installation team's schedule to construct your landscape. Our goal during installation is to work as cleanly and efficiently as possible so there is minimal disruption to you and your neighbors.

At the completion of your project, we tell you about the maintenance options that we offer and any plant health services that apply to your new landscape. At this time, we also collect the final payment.
